Region XII COG is an approved training provider by the Iowa Public Information Board to deliver on open meetings and open records as required by Iowa H.F. 706 for all newly elected and appointed officials after July 1, 2025. No charge for training for elected and appointed officials in Carroll, Crawford, Greene, Audubon, Guthrie, and Sac Counties. As well as the Cities o Dallas Center, De Soto, Perry, Redfield, and Woodward (these are our associate member cities in Dallas County). Officials outside of the region will be charged $10.
