Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments (INRCOG) will train local governments in the following 6-county region, including Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Butler, Chickasaw, and Grundy along with their 55 incorporated cities in Northeastern Iowa. INRCOG is planning to provide this training at no cost to its regional member governments (cities and counties). Fees for non-members will be $50 per participant, and training will be made available as time and staffing permits. Any ancillary expenses, including meals, will be billed to participants.
