Public officials can request to schedule a live in-person or virtual training. For specially scheduled, live, in-person trainings, the registration cost will be quoted at the time of the request in an amount equal to 2 hours at the standard hourly rate of the attorney performing the training, plus the IRS standard mileage rate for training locations requested for in-person trainings outside the Des Moines metro area.
