COMES NOW, Margaret E. Johnson, Executive Director for the Iowa Public Information Board (IPIB), and respectfully submits this Motion to Continue:
On September 14, 2021, Pamela Winebrenner filed formal complaint 21FC:0086, alleging that the City of Grand Junction violated Iowa Code chapter 21.

It is recommended that the IPIB grant a continuance, to February 14, 2022, to allow for completion of the terms of the Informal Resolution.
