Case Number 19FC:0108
Order
|
This matter comes before the Iowa Public Information Board (IPIB) this 20th day of August, 2020, to consider a Motion to Continue.
The IPIB approved an informal resolution between the parties on June 18, 2020. Pursuant to the terms of the informal resolution, the parties had 60 days to complete the resolution, or until August 17, 2020.
One of the terms of the resolution is to have records available for review by Mr. Baker at the offices of the IPIB. Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, alternate means may be necessary to accomplish this provision.
Therefore, an extension of time to the September 17, 2020, IPIB meeting is appropriate.
IT IS SO ORDERED that the terms of the Informal Resolution shall be completed by September 17, 2020.
