THIS MATTER comes before the Iowa Public Information Board (IPIB) for approval of the Informal Resolution and for dismissal of this complaint as successfully completed.
The IPIB accepted this complaint on February 21, 2019. IPIB staff worked with the parties to reach and accept an Informal Resolution.
Following acceptance, the parties successfully completed the terms of the Informal Resolution. Pursuant to the terms of the Informal Resolution, this complaint is to be dismissed upon successful completion.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the IPIB approves the Informal Resolution, directs the IPIB Chair to sign the Informal Resolution, and dismisses this complaint as successfully resolved.
