COMES NOW Margaret E. Johnson, Executive Director for the Iowa Public Information Board (IPIB), and recommends that this complaint be dismissed as successfully completed and as grounds therefore states the following:
On March 21, 2019, the IPIB approved an informal resolution outlining certain terms to be completed as agreed upon by the parties. The City of Marquette was ordered to complete these terms within 60 days.
The City of Marquette notified the IPIB on April 11, 2019, that all five terms of the informal resolution had been completed and provided proof of compliance.
THEREFORE, pursuant to the terms of the informal resolution, this complaint is to be dismissed as successfully completed.

THIS MATTER comes before the Iowa Public Information Board (IPIB) for review of completion of the Informal Resolution.
The IPIB finds that the terms of the Informal Resolution have been successfully completed. Pursuant to the terms of the Informal Resolution this complaint should be dismissed as successfully resolved.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this complaint is dismissed as successfully resolved.
