RE: Formal Complaint 15FC:0005, filed by Randy Burton and concerning the Blakesburg City Council (City).
This matter comes before the Iowa Public Information Board (IPIB) this 21st day of May, 2015, to consider a remediation plan entered into by Randy Burton and the Blakesburg City Council (City).
The members of the City executed this plan. Mr. Burton signed the plan on April 27, 2015.
Therefore, the IPIB approves the Remediation Plan as presented and directs the Chairman of the IPIB, Robert Andeweg, to sign the Remediation Plan on behalf of the IPIB.
The IPIB will review compliance by the City at the July 16, 2015 meeting of the IPIB.
So ordered this 21st day of May, 2015.
