COMES NOW Margaret E. Johnson, Executive Director for the Iowa Public Information Board (IPIB), and submits the Report from the IPIB Administrator, Brett Toresdahl, recommending dismissal of the complaint as successfully resolved through an informal resolution (attached).
The IPIB Administrator reports that the terms of the informal resolution, as adopted by the IPIB on January 28, 2019, have been successfully completed. According to the terms of the informal resolution, this complaint may be dismissed.
Therefore, it is recommended that the IPIB dismiss this complaint as successfully resolved through an informal resolution.
