These matters were conditionally dismissed as to the Respondent Des Moines County Attorney by the Iowa Public Information Board (IPIB) on December 15, 2016, subject to receipt of payment of a fine.
The fine of $200.00 was received by the Des Moines County Auditor on December 22, 2016. Proof of payment was provided to the IPIB by email on that date.
THEREFORE, the Des Moines County attorney is dismissed from case numbers 15FC:0030 and 15FC:0034. Case number 15MO:0017 is dismissed in its entirety.
